April is Poetry Month!
GVPL is celebrating the art of poetry this month with several wonderful programs. Enjoy readings and discussion with Steve Noyes, and Catherine Greenword; encounter "random acts of poetry" with Wendy Morton's Get Poemed!; and broaden your perspective of the world by viewing Thorough Our Eyes, a fascinating and moving photography and poetry project now on display at the Central Library which connects the lives of Afghan and Canadian girls.
