Branch Head: Olivia Anderson

Branch Information: The Emily Carr Branch (formerly Saanich-Victoria Branch) was a BC Centennial project opened in October 1972. The building was designed by Sager & Marshall and built by Farmer Construction. The Branch is 10,332 sq. ft. on two floors. In September of 1999 the Branch was renamed after famous artist/author Emily Carr.
