The film is about two businessmen who go searching for their boss in Thailand, and then meet up with a tourist eager to explore the country.

The only way he can get funding for development is to go to Thailand and have his company's majority shareholder sign a letter of attorney. However, his professional rival Gao Bo wants to sell the technology for a quick buck and will stop at nothing to get his own letter of attorney signed first.
