About the program
In partnership with the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS), we host a BC Newcomer Services Program (BCNSP) class that provides newcomers with a welcoming environment to develop English skills through conversation, build community connections, and engage in interactive learning.
