About the program
Monthly drop-in ID Clinics at the Central Branch, offered in partnership with the Community Social Planning Council (CSPC), help people obtain or replace essential identification, including birth certificates, BC Services Cards and BCID cards, and Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) cards.
