Branches with Sunday hours
Starting Sunday, October 18, the following branches will be open Sundays from 1 to 5 pm:
Sunday hours will continue through December 20, pause for the holidays, and resume in early January.
Regular weekday and Saturday hours will not change.
Available services
Most regular library services will be available on Sundays, including:
- Browsing and borrowing materials
- Returning items
- Picking up holds and interlibrary loan materials
- Using public computers and Wi-Fi
- Printing and photocopying
- Paying library fees
- Using library spaces
Some services, programs, or staff support may vary. Please contact the branch if you have questions about a specific service.

Why these branches were selected
These four branches were selected to provide Sunday service in different parts of our service area and give as many community members as possible access to a library branch on Sundays. We will monitor service use and community feedback to help inform future decisions about Sunday hours.
Future Sunday service
No decisions have been made about adding Sunday hours at other branches. Future decisions will consider service use, community feedback, staffing, budget, and other operational factors. Any updates will be shared on our website, through in-branch signage, and on social media.
Why Sunday hours are seasonal
Sunday hours are offered during the time of year when demand is highest. When setting library hours, we consider staffing and other operational needs.
Weekday and Saturday hours
Regular weekday and Saturday hours remain unchanged. Sunday hours do not affect due dates or borrowing periods.
